The Angels have placed rightfielder Torii Hunter on the MLB rescricted list and recalled OF Ryan Langerhans from Triple-A Salt Lake.
Hunter has returned home to Texas to tend to a legal matter involving his son. Darius McClinton-Hunter and four other high school classmates were arrested for "felony sexual assault of a child'.
Hunter' posted a message to his Twitter account @toriihunter48 writing, "This is very tough for a father. Thanks for ur prayers and support. Be Blessed everyone!"
There is no time table for Hunter's return.
